The hotel’s location offers great access to nearby attractions such as Balaton and Hévíz. the apartment units are spacious, some with terraces and a nice view. the breakfast selection includes local ingredients and the staff is well, trained and welcoming. the wellness facilities are well, maintained and cater to various age groups, making it ideal for a family, friendly vacation.
The furniture and kitchenware could use an update to keep up with modern standards.

The location was perfect, situated near the beautiful Balaton and Hévíz. The spacious apartment I stayed in was clean and well-maintained, with a delightful terrace. The staff were friendly and well-trained, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of products from local food suppliers. The real highlight for me was the thermal bath, which was perfect for families with kids, offering a range of free activities. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making it a great choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The breakfast and dinner were good quality and included. the location was peaceful and surrounded by nature. the hot pools were relaxing and not overly crowded.
The rooms were outdated and the walls were thin; we could hear everything from adjacent rooms.

The hotel was perfect for my city trip. The location was ideal, surrounded by fresh air and provided healthy environment for children. The apartment house was spacious with beautiful furniture, equipped kitchen and two clean bathrooms. We loved having a balcony to sit and relax. The Thermal amenities were well-maintained and offered many wonderful pools and playgrounds for children of all ages.
The breakfast selection could have been better, some basic things were missing. We found it inconvenient that the kids club was only under the supervision of the parent. the stay was great and I would definitely consider coming back again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Best aspects include friendly staff, a wide variety of delicious food for breakfast and dinner, and a fantastic thermal spa. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice communal room to gather in and numerous pools for everyone to enjoy. Parking was also convenient.
